Your Promo Code probably works, but during software installation you must have a live Internet connection.
All Home Organizer 3.0 and higher Promo Codes start with 3 digits, then a dash (hyphen), 5 digits, another dash and then 1 or 2 digits. (Example: 706-10002-12) You must include the dashes in the appropriate positions. Be sure not to include any spaces or additional characters.
If you are attempting to install an old Home Organizer 2.0 CD, please stop. This is very old software. HO2 can be installed by leaving off the final dash and digit(s). However, we highly suggest you don’t install the older version of the software. HO2 was developed for W2000 and XP. HO3 was developed for Vista and Windows7. HO2 users will not receive online updates and you will not receive the full benefits of the Splash Screen Manager.

The EARS Digital ID is included with the Home Organizer 3.0 software. From the toolbar of Home Organizer, click the Icon above the word Form. Then select the EARS Pet ID from the dropdown list of Forms. Instructions for creating an EARS Digital ID for your pets are included in the EARS drawer of your Home Organizer filing cabinet.

To change or create additional Splash Screens, go to the Headquarters and select Splash Screen List. Choose your background by selecting “Change Template” from the upper right hand area of the Preview Splash Screen area. (Non-Members can purchase online templates for $25 each. Online templates are FREE for MSMS Members.) Next, enter your personal information (Step 1) by either typing your info in the appropriate text boxes or by selecting “Load Your Info from database” to instantly enter the profile info in the My Info area of the website. If you would like to add your photo to the Splash Screen (Step 2), browse your PC, select and Upload your photo (Non-Members can purchase this service for $15). After verifying all information select Save (Step 3).

Then, go to Splash Screen List and select the Replace Splash With Manger link.
Verify your information is correct in the preview area (Step 1) and then select Save.
If your photo is on your Splash Screen, you will need to Browse and Upload your photo again (Step 2) and then select Save (Step 3).
You need to repeat this process for all your Splash Screen Ads.

This service is FREE of charge to MSMS Members. To upload a custom Splash Screen Advertisement, go to Splash Screen List and select Upload Splash from the toolbar. Then simply Browse your PC, select and Upload your photo (Step 1), verify the image (Step 2) and select Save (Step 3).
Custom artwork can be purchased at the MSMS Shopping Cart or by calling 888-665-9913. Remember, all MSMS Members receive a 20% discount on all templates and custom artwork.
You can also replace an existing Splash Screen with custom artwork by choosing the Replace Splash With Uploader link.

No problem. Select the Marketing Tools dropdown menu and then choose Training Videos. Watch the various Event themed Training Videos and then go to the Marketing Tools area and review all the Pre-Event, Event and Post Event marketing tools and information.
