Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Shipping rates will be applied during checkout. You may select ground, 3-day, 2-day, overnight or overnight air saver for your shipping method. Please note, since personalized items are shipped after printing, you should call Customer Service at 888-665-9913 before choosing any option other than ground shipping.

Returns and Refunds:

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Imagery Concepts within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. All returns and replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please call 888-665-9913.

Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Imagery Concepts does not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless the return is a result of our error (an incorrect or defective item was received). Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they are received. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

Items returned AFTER 30 days and/or WITHOUT an RMA will NOT be refunded.

Non-returnable and/or refundable items:

  • Products that are personalized, configured-to-order or customized may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

  • Opened software. You may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer.

  • Electronic software downloads are non-refundable.

  • Gift Cards or any Awards Program Coupons or Certificates are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of Imagery Concepts receipt of your returned item(s).

 

NOTE: Imagery Concepts recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Imagery Concepts or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
